Worth it or not
Examinations, refraction, laser capsulotomy and surgery from an international eye hospital, a private eye centre on Ngô Thời Nhiệm and Phoenix Medical Center on Phước Hưng; opticians list Ray-Ban frames, among them Patrick Eyewear with a shop in Thảo Điền. Everything compared is cheaper than in the Netherlands, by a wide margin for refraction, examinations and capsulotomy, and barely for the frame. Da Nang is cheaper on nearly every item it shares with this page. Glasses with lenses, contact lenses and laser eye surgery have no price here.
The eye hospital prints separate insured, uninsured and on-request prices; the rows never use the insured one, and the on-request rows say so.
