The page heading says 'บริการตรวจเลือดถึงบ้าน อัตราค่าบริการแต่ละพื้นที่ (ยังไม่รวมค่าตรวจแล็บ)', that is 'home blood-testing service, service rate per area (NOT including the lab test fee)', which is exactly the scope of our 'Home sampling fee, per visit' item: the travel fee only, tests billed separately. 'เริ่มต้น' = starting from, so indicative for the headline. The page then prices every Bangkok district individually, 600 baht for Lat Phrao, Bueng Kum, Khan Na Yao, Wang Thonglang and Bang Kapi, 800 for Bang Khen, Chatuchak, Saphan Sung and Huai Khwang, 1,000 for Bang Sue, Don Mueang, Lak Si, Sai Mai, Watthana, Prawet and Suan Luang, and 1,200 for Khlong Toei, Bang Na and Phra Khanong, hence the 600 to 1,200 range.
