Vrijwel alles wat vergeleken is, is goedkoper dan in Nederland, het meest bij maag- en darmspiegelingen, echo's en botdichtheid, het minst bij CT, de H. pylori-test en de slaaptest thuis. In Da Nang zijn de meeste van dezelfde scans nog goedkoper. Lees eerst de naam van de regel en dan de prijs. Een MRI wordt per lichaamsdeel geprijsd, de MRI van het hele lichaam is een eigen regel, en contrast is een aparte regel of een meerprijs. Bij een maag- of darmspiegeling zijn met of zonder biopt en met of zonder narcose aparte regels. Sommige lijsten zijn ouder, dus kijk naar de datum. Voor dezelfde scan is het internationale ziekenhuis hier meestal het duurst. De vlucht en een tweede bezoek, als de uitslag daarom vraagt, zitten er niet in.
