Every item with a Dutch price is cheaper here, and haircuts, washes, perms and a manicure and pedicure sit at a fraction of the Dutch figure. The gap narrows for full head highlights and a full day of tattooing. Bangkok prices the same cuts and colours well above Ho Chi Minh City. Read each row for what the figure is.
