Compression stockings, a splinted wrist brace, custom insoles and a foot and gait assessment are far cheaper than at home. Forearm crutches are only a little cheaper, a folding walking stick is about level with the Dutch price, and a hinged knee brace costs more in Budapest. Made-to-measure shoes have no Dutch price to compare, and made-to-measure stockings have no Budapest price. Read the date on each row: insoles and the assessment come from older lists than the rest. Check the unit: the braces and the stick are single pieces, most of the rest are pairs. SmartMedical shows a discount on its braces and stick, so its regular price is higher.
